You will see the files or example my file is /User/Jennifer/Documents/FIleName.pdf Search> terminal >Return Key *Click and drag the PDF file you want to open into this terminal. in the top right corner of my iMac I have a little magnify glass to search. it is greyed out and when I browse for the file it is blank when I click it. I installed this script according to the instructions above and when I open Illustrator I cannot open a PDF period. I am working on OS X Yosemite Version 10.10.5 (iMac 27-inch, Late 2013) The Illustrator I am using is Adobe Illustrator CC 2015.3.1 Release (20.1.0).
But because I work with a guy who codes and was able to help fix the issues others and myself are having. Today was a good day, not because I did this and failed.
